INTERVIEW PROCESS
STAGE 1: 
TELEPHONE CALL
Shortlisted candidates will have an initial get to know you telephone call with a member of the People team to give you more information on MOTH’s story, the team, the role and what it’s like to work at MOTH. We’ll then ask you some questions about your experience and application and answer any questions you might have at this stage. For some roles we might ask you to complete an online video assessment with a couple of simple questions. 
STAGE 2:
TASK INTERVIEW
For those that are shortlisted we will invite for a face to face interview at the MOTH offices. This is so you can meet with some of the team. As part of this interview, we like to set a short task for you to prepare in advance and present at the interview. This is a great opportunity for us to see how you work and for you to get your teeth into the type of work you would be doing at MOTH. We would never expect you to spend more than an hour or two preparing it. Once you’ve presented, we’ll then ask you some questions based on the role and your experience and, as always, making sure we leave plenty of time for any questions from you. Please note that our offices are spread over 2 floors but we have our own lift and accessible bathrooms. 
STAGE 3:
VALUES INTERVIEW
We’re a values led business, we live and breathe them everyday and they influence how we do things at MOTH. We’re not into culture fit, but we think it’s super important that we make sure that our values align with yours so you’ll be able to thrive at MOTH. The final interview is an interview with one of the People team and a member of the UK leadership team (MOTHership – get it?) to ask you questions based on our values. At this stage we also want you to ask us anything that has been on your mind or can help you ensure that we’re the right fit for you. 
INTERVIEW ADJUSTMENTS
We know that one size does not fit all and that is also true of interview processes. As part of the application process, we will ask you if there are any adjustments that we can make to the process for you. This question is completely optional and will not have any influence on the outcome of your application. We want to create an interview process that is supportive of individual needs and enables you to showcase who you are, so please let us know if you would like any adjustments and we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate them.
